Moved to Bend almost two years ago and like most of us, we put off our trips to the dentist. I went in to have a few crowns checked and to meet with Dr. Mike and his staff. My experience was so so pleasant from the moment I walked in! The ladies in the office were smiling and I felt very welcomed. Then I met with one of the back office assistants who was also very nice. They sat me in the chair and my view was of the Deschutes River and their “cow” named Patients! Dr. Mike has THE best bedside manner with his patients and explained things so thoroughly. My second visit to repair a crown and a filling was surprisingly pleasant when considering having dental work done. They offer music listening or watching a show on Netflix with their movie goggles! The next morning after having a few procedures done I almost forgot I had anything done. No pain or soreness. Overall just a wonderful experience!
